America Online is a very convenient service to use for accessing the Internet. It is the easiest for most people with a great user friendly Interface. America Online is great for computer novices for personal use.

The downside to this glowing description is it is very poor to use for business use. There are a number of reasons for this, most of all for the way it handles e-mail. It does not allow the use of Outlook Express with it's e-mail server and it's e-mail software does not provide for effective use of e-mail for business purposes.
